Dr. Caren Dymond, Lead
Our research focuses on climate change mitigation and adaptation in forest management in British Columbia, Canada. We work in collaborative teams to measure or model and assess different management strategies. These strategies might include diversification to reduce risks from pests or climate change, thinning or partial harvesting to extend rotation lengths, or shifting to longer lived wood products.
